PROJECT MANAGEMENT

4.0 META BIM

BIM uses three-dimensional models that we call DIGITAL TWINS, which contain detailed information about each element of the project, such as geometry, materials, functional and structural characteristics. This has a more complete and accurate worldview, which facilitates conflict detection, design optimization and efficient project management.

It also facilitates collaboration between the different teams involved in the project, since they all work in the same centralized model, which reduces errors and redundancies in the information. Virtual reality coordination, simulation and training for accurate planning is essential in construction project management, as it facilitates effective and efficient collaboration between all disciplines involved. This process uses detailed information models to identify and resolve conflicts early, thus optimizing project planning and execution.

DIGITAL CUFFLINKS

Each project has its Digital Twin, which is a data model containing the precise information to build the Physical Twin.

We design and virtually simulate the construction under ISO 19650 standards and our own HITO® protocol.

Digital Twin Architecture

Digital mirroring of architectural components (doors, windows, floors, fixtures, furniture, etc.). Open BIM file that allows collaborative work.

Digital Twin for Facilities

Digital twin of the elements that integrate the different installation systems of a project. These include: Inst. Hot and cold water, Inst. Sewage, Inst. Pluvial, Inst. Gas, Inst. Air conditioning (air conditioning / radiators / underfloor heating), Inst. Electrical, Inst. Weak signals / home automation. These models work collaboratively with the architecture model.

Digital Twin Structure

This Digital Twin is focused on the elements that make up the structure of the project. These include: foundations, columns, partitions, beams, slabs, lintels, reinforcement.

GANTT DYNAMIC

In architecture, a GANTT diagram allows us to perform a dynamic planning of processes, it is a powerful tool to manage projects efficiently and accurately. It allows us to visualize and organize tasks, deadlines and resources interactively, facilitating real-time monitoring and adaptation to possible changes. All this is possible with the incorporation of AI (artificial intelligence) in our processes.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY LABELING

Energy Efficiency Labeling is an analysis on the digital twin that shows us the energy requirements of the building. With this label, we seek to improve the overall sustainable efficiency of the design, construction and effective use of buildings.
