DIGITAL TWINMEP Digital twin of the elements that integrate the different installation systems of a project. Among these we have: Hot and Cold Water Inst., Sewage Inst., Pluvial Inst., Gas Inst., Air Conditioning Inst. (air conditioning / radiators / radiant slab), Electrical Inst., Weak signals / domotics Inst. These models work collaboratively with the architectural model.

DIGITAL TWIN/ STRUCTURE This Digital Twin focuses on the elements that make up the structure of the project. These include: foundations, columns, partitions, beams, slabs, lintels, reinforcement.

FACILITY MANAGEMENTService provided to the client to operate the house remotely with the data provided by the construction process, for example: air conditioning maintenance, gate maintenance, painting, etc.

ADJUSTMENT LABELING OF BUILDING SUSTAINABILITY (ESE)An adaptation and adjustment is made to the pre-labeling presented in ticket 1. This adjustment will depend, for example, on the orientation of the lot chosen to determine the sunlight, among other variables.

BUDGET ADJUSTED WITH LOT/FOUNDATION MATCHINGAdjustment of initial budget delivered in ticket 1. This adjustment incorporates the suitability of the project to the chosen lot, which impacts the items that depend on the characteristics of the lot for their quantification (e.g. soil movement) and the type of foundation defined after performing the soil study.

MUNICIPAL APPROVALSAdjustment of the initial Cashflow presented in ticket 1. The project is presented in the neighborhood and checked for compliance with neighborhood regulations. The project is submitted for municipal approvals, and the necessary municipal pre-approvals are presented, until the building permit is obtained.

ADAPTATION TO THE CHOSEN LOTOnce the terrain is defined, the adaptation of the project begins. This process requires reviewing detail by detail, re-drawing, re-calculating. In order to adapt the project to the actual lot and verify that it complies with the sector's regulations, in order to subsequently begin with the municipal presentations. Another important objective of the lot adaptation is to be able to determine the type of foundations.
